The metal ring is solid and doesn't budge even when he lunges hard after a squirrel, which was my biggest worry with thinner collars. Sizing feels true and the stitching has held up through muddy training runs all week.

The fact that the ring is fixed and doesn't rotate makes a huge difference when the dog lunges on leash—no more slipping or twisting mid-pull. It's held up through muddy trail runs and daily walks, and the whole design feels built for serious work rather than just looks.

The fixed ring sits so snug and secure that I don't worry about it twisting during our runs, and the collar's build feels like it can take a serious beating. My dog pulls hard on the leash, and this thing hasn't budged an inch since day one.
