Category: Dog Harness

The Neewa X-Back Racing Harness is designed for sled dogs or similar dogs with lean bodies and narrow chests.

The X-Back Dog Harness was developed with Fabrizio Lovati along with Team Dogsledman.

In contrast to most of our other harnesses, the X-Back Racing Harness is made of high-tenacity nylon. This is preferred due to its strong performance in freezing temperatures, and similar functionality in hot seasons like summer. Reflective inserts make this safer to use at night, and the padding on the neck and chest areas provides high comfort.

This X Back Harness is used for competitions that require pulling force, particularly dog sledding, canicross, skijoring, and bikejoring.

For the safety and happiness of your dog, please consult our Fitting & Size guide carefully to purchase the correct product fit. If you are undecided between two sizes, we suggest purchasing the larger size.

We suggest the Sled Pro harness for dogs like huskies, with wide chests and strong bodies.

Nicholas A. ★★★★★

Our lean husky mix used to slip out of every harness we tried, but this one stays locked in place even when she's pulling hard on the trail. The long back panel sits perfectly along her narrow chest without any chafing, and it took less than a minute to adjust for a snug fit. She moves so freely now

Benjamin A. ★★★★★

The X-back design hugs our lean pointer mix perfectly without any chafing under the legs. The webbing feels sturdy enough for real training pulls, and the adjustable neck and chest straps let me dial in a snug fit in under a minute.

Our husky mix has a deep chest that most harnesses slide around on, but this one stays locked in place even when he's pulling hard. The long back panel distributes the load so well that he doesn't chafe after a full afternoon of skijoring. Honestly, the stitching feels bomber and the fit is exactly
